Project Overview
As the new school year approached, a North Carolina school system faced the challenge of mold growth in multiple schools discovered during late summer cleaning. Sasser Restoration swiftly responded to mitigate the situation in two schools, ensuring a safe environment for students, teachers, and staff without delaying the start of the 2023-2024 school year. Following the protocol established by a third-party Industrial Hygienist and adhering to industry standards like the IICRC S520, Sasser began mold remediation services promptly. A team of approximately 60 personnel was deployed to complete the project efficiently, prioritizing the safety and well-being of everyone returning to the buildings. Recognizing the urgency and sensitivity of the issue, Sasser Restoration maintained close collaboration with the school district, fostering open communication, a trusted partnership, and transparent procedures throughout the project’s duration.
