Project Overview
Sasser was called to complete remediation work at a fitness center after water damage affected approximately 2,000 square feet of space. With a total project value of $15,000, the work was completed over four days by a team of one supervisor and four technicians.
The initial scope included remediation of the entry lockers, janitor closet, and women’s locker room, but the project expanded as additional growth was discovered during the process.
Due to high exposure to patrons, the team extended containments as needed and carefully managed work around occupied areas.
Despite the complicated containment setup and ceiling exposures, the project passed clearance on the first attempt, leaving the affected spaces fully remediated, safe, and operational with minimal disruption to gym operations.
