Occupied Dormitory Buildings Duct Cleaning

Industry

Project Overview

Sasser completed a large-scale duct and coil cleaning project across two occupied dormitory buildings. The scope included cleaning and sanitizing a combined total of 90 ducted HVAC systems and coils within a strict two-week project window.

Following the cleaning process, all ductwork and coils received a sanitization spray treatment to support improved indoor air quality throughout both facilities.

In addition to the HVAC systems, the project also included cleaning common-area dryer vents in each building to help maintain safe and efficient operation for residents.

Because the buildings remained active dormitory environments, the project required careful coordination, efficient scheduling, and rapid execution to minimize disruption while meeting the accelerated timeline.
