Project Overview
Sasser completed tenant improvements for a local municipality’s administrative building while maintaining uninterrupted operations for city staff.
The project included reconfiguring the front reception area with partition glass, improvements to the kitchen and hallway areas, and the addition of a new exterior window opening in an existing block wall. Two new interior doors were also installed and required custom stain matching to blend with the existing finishes, making it appear as though they had always been part of the space.
Much of the work was completed after hours to minimize disruption. Sasser utilized in-house personnel and specialized subcontractors and worked closely with the City inspector to ensure compliance with approved engineering plans.
The Impact
Through careful scheduling and coordination, Sasser minimized disruptions to daily operations while efficiently completing the project. Close collaboration among the City, inspector, Sasser’s team, and subcontractors helped ensure the work met project requirements and was completed in compliance with approved plans.
