Sasser provided multi-phase post-construction cleaning and commissioning support for a flagship AI data center campus as the facility progressed toward full operation. Working in tandem with ongoing construction activities, Sasser prepared each completed data hall for commissioning by delivering specialized cleaning services that met the stringent cleanliness standards required before sensitive equipment installation.
The approximately 970,000-square-foot campus was completed in phases, requiring Sasser to align its work with evolving construction milestones and commissioning schedules. From the initial data halls through subsequent expansion phases, our teams coordinated closely with multiple trades while operating within a high-security environment to help keep the project on schedule.
