Jason Hayes Promoted to Reconstruction Manager

Jason Hayes has stepped into a new role as Reconstruction Manager, where he will oversee Sasser’s reconstruction department. In this position, Jason will focus on ensuring seamless quality across projects while standardizing processes between mitigation and reconstruction teams. His leadership will help strengthen efficiency, consistency, and communication—creating a smoother experience for both our teams and our clients as projects move from emergency response to full restoration.

Brandon O’Neill Promoted to Project Manager – Texas

In our Texas office, Brandon O’Neill has been promoted to Project Manager. Brandon will continue delivering excellence in the field while taking on expanded responsibilities managing operations. In addition, he will work more closely with Sasser’s growth team, helping align field operations with strategic expansion efforts. His hands-on experience and leadership make him a valuable asset as we continue to grow in the Texas market.

Jorge Brito Promoted to Senior Project Manager – California

Jorge Brito has been promoted to Senior Project Manager in our California office. Jorge is known for his customer-centric approach and dedication to quality, and he will continue providing high-level service to our clients while leading teams internally. In this expanded role, he will focus on driving operational excellence, mentoring team members, and ensuring projects are delivered with the professionalism and care our customers expect.

Joseph Trujillo Promoted to Project Executive – California

Also in California, Joseph Trujillo has been promoted to Project Executive. Joseph will oversee the California team, support growth strategy initiatives, and work closely with the operations team to maintain high standards across the region. His leadership will play a key role in guiding teams, strengthening performance, and supporting Sasser’s continued growth in Southern California.

Abi Hernandez Appointed Executive Assistant – California

We’re also pleased to announce Abi Hernandez’s new role as Executive Assistant in the California office. Abi will work closely with Jerry Arevalo, Vice President in California, to help ensure operational efficiency and excellence, supporting day-to-day functions and contributing to the overall success of the office. Her organizational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in keeping operations running smoothly.
