Project Overview

One of the world’s largest and most respected retailers suffered a loss during the civil unrest in the Midwest during the summer of 2020. Rioting and looting created immense damage. Fires were set in the building causing the fire suppression system to run for days. This retailer needed the site secured and mitigated as quickly as possible. Sasser immediately dispatched first responders for board-up and site security protocols. With the site secured, mitigation began around the clock. All fixtures and affected structural components were mitigated and ready for restocking within six weeks. Sasser coordinated all billings and audits to ensure costs remained within budget.
